As a provider of freshly baked vegan cakes, Shelly Bakes Vegan Cakes is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our goods and in compliance with English Law, we regret to inform our customers that we cannot accept returns on any perishable items once they have been delivered or collected.
2. Refund Policy:
a. Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products or if there is a fault with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery or collecting your order. We may require photographic evidence to assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a full or partial refund, or a replacement product at our discretion.
b. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery or collection time, a cancellation fee may be applied. This fee will be determined based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
c. Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive at the specified time and location, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and offer a full refund or a replacement order if necessary.
